Frequently asked questions
• Credits are a prepaid currency shared across VARCO 3D · Sound and NC AI API Platform.
• You can top up Credits on API Platform, and they are valid for 5 years from the top-up date.
• If you have a paid plan for that service (3D or Sound), you can keep working with Credits after your Points run out.
• Turn on automatic usage in API Platform > Billing & Usage > Balance & Linking, and Credits will be used automatically when your Points run out.
Points are used first. Once your Points run out, Credits are used.
No. Credits are converted at a set rate for each task. For example, a task that costs 100 Points uses 30 Credits. If a generation fails, the deducted amount is returned.
No. Points are issued per service, and 3D Points and Sound Points cannot be used interchangeably.
No. Points are issued every month, and any unused Points expire when the next batch is issued. For paid plans, your billing date is your issue date. You can check your remaining Points under My account > Point History.
Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect on your next billing date. When you upgrade, you pay the new plan's price and the unused amount of your current plan is refunded. Points from your previous plan are removed and reissued for your new plan.
You can cancel under My account > Subscription. You can keep using your current plan and remaining Points until your next billing date.
In Korea, you can pay by credit card, including both personal and corporate cards. Outside Korea, you can pay with PayPal or an internationally issued card.
Go to My account > Billing to view your payment history and receipts.
If you haven't used your purchase, you can cancel it for a full refund within 7 days of payment under My Account > Billing.
